There are lots of ways to get paid or earn gift cards to be active! Don't worry about the paperwork, we can help with that.

Select Health Wellness Rewards *new options in 2020*

Your individual Select Health insurance plan has many ways for you to get paid to be healthy and active. The most popular and easy way is to get reimbursed for your gym membership. Select Health will reimburse you up to $20 per person per month. That is $240 per person per year you could receive. Getting your reimbursement is easy to do and we can help. You just need your gym to print off or email monthly invoices for you.

If you have been going to the gym and had a Select Health plan in 2019, you may still be able to get paid for your 2019 gym membership. The deadline for submissions is January 15th.

Track your steps *New for 2020*

Track your steps or or get credit for non-stepping activities. You can log your activities and track your steps on Select Health's website or mobile app. These activities will make you eligible for several gift cards including VISA gift cards.

If you need help setting up the app and tracking your steps, please don't hesitate to call. Here are the steps to take to track your steps online with Select Health: 1. If you don’t already have one, create a SelectHealth account. Log in to selecthealth.org.

2. Select Membership Rewards from the Member Checklist and accept the Program Terms and Conditions.

3. On the Membership Rewards page, Create a Virgin Pulse Account and sign in—this is how you’ll track your steps. Creating a Virgin Pulse account may take between 24 and 48 hours after you have registered for your SelectHealth account.

4. Take 7,000 steps per day for 20 days in the same calendar month. Or, get credit for non-stepping forms of exercise using the Add a Workout feature on the Virgin Pulse website or mobile app.

5. Track your steps using the tracking tool, mobile app, or by syncing a device or smartphone to your account.

6. To check your progress, log in to selecthealth.org and select Membership Rewards from the Member Checklist. Your steps and reward completion will be shown on the Membership Rewards page.

7. To claim your reward(s) for a calendar month, select Membership Rewards from the Member Checklist and link to Reward Options to choose from several gift card options, including a VISA Cash card.
