Join a well-established health insurance agency in Utah County with over 15 years of success! We are seeking a licensed and bilingual (English & Spanish) Health Insurance Agent to help clients navigate their insurance options. This position offers base pay plus commission, paid time off, and a unique opportunity to work just four days a week while getting paid for five—six months out of the year.
With a hybrid work model (both in-office and remote), we provide a flexible and supportive environment where you can thrive. Plus, all leads are provided—no cold calling! Our dedicated support staff assists with client servicing, and our proprietary software streamlines your tasks, making it easy to focus on what you do best—helping clients find the right coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in selecting health insurance plans that meet their needs.
Manage leads effectively—no cold calling required!
Utilize our proprietary software to track and manage client interactions.
Work collaboratively with our dedicated support staff to ensure excellent client service.
Maintain organized records and comply with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Active Health Insurance License (required).
Life Insurance License (preferred).
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Google Suite, VOIP phone systems, and working in a team environment.

Our ideal candidate is a licensed health insurance professional who brings a strong foundation in organizational skills and attention to detail. An active health insurance license is required, and prior experience in health insurance or a related field is highly valued. This individual excels at multitasking and thrives in fast-paced environments, adeptly prioritizing tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role involves direct client interactions and collaboration with team members. Above all, our ideal candidate demonstrates a professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional client service, ensuring every interaction reflects the agency’s dedication to quality and care.
Sales and insurance experience preferred, but not necessary. We offer competitive salary plus commission pay, no weekends or holidays, a flexible work structure, and the opportunity for advancement. Working location is flexible (Payson, Provo and Work From Home Hybrid) and benefits are available after 90 days.
