Does my dentist take my dental insurance?
Step One: Let's find a dentist.
Our agents work with a few different dental plans. If you have DentalSelect or National General Dental insurance, check out out those pages for information on finding a dentist and getting your ID cards.
Surebridge Dental, Vision, and Hearing Plan (DVH)
Now that you have Kathy's Favorite Dental Plan, it's time to find a dentist!
The Surebridge plan covers dentists in network and out of network!
When talking with your dentist's office, let them know you are in the Carrington Benefits Solutions Network. This will allow them to accurately tell if they are in-network for your insurance. You can also find a new dentist or look up the dentist you have here: Surebridge Network Search.
If you have a dentist you like that is not in the Carrington Benefits Solutions Network, your Surebridge plan will still cover you! Let your dentist know your insurance has out-of-network benefits. They will need to send in the bill as out-of-network charges.
Getting your ID Cards
As soon as your Surebridge Policy is issued, you will receive an email from Surebridge with your ID cards.
If you did not receive the email or are unable to locate it, you can go to the member portal at here: Surebridge Member Portal. You will need your date of birth and policy ID to log in. You can call/text our office at 801-609-8699 to get your policy ID if you don't already have it.
Vision and Hearing is included in your plan!
For hearing, you must see a provider in the TruHearing Network to get coverage. Call TruHearing at 1-844-341-9732 to speak with a hearing consultant to find an in-network provider in your area.
For vision, you do not have to see an in-network provider, however all coverage is through reimbursement. You will pay out-of-pocket for your vision costs and then submit a claim to receive coverage. You can submit your claim through the Surebridge Member Portal. If you need assistance, give your agent a call at 801-609-8699.
